More about Carmen

Carmen thrives on helping people improve their nutrition through strategic eating and real food. Seeing her clients enjoy their new energy levels, their good digestion, and their newfound zest for real food, is what drives my life.

Carmen’s passion started in her roots, having grown up in Spain in a culture of natural fresh foods, rich flavours, textures and spices inspired her to start a revolution in her kitchen, based on research to improve the health of loved ones with conditions for which allopathic medicine did not have an answer.

This revolution led her to realise that life she wanted to share health, well-being and love for healthy and natural cooking, because it all starts with food.

Her nutritional treatment approach follows the Functional Medicine Model, that is, not simply seeking to remove the symptom or disease, but to discover what are the internal imbalances of the body that trigger their appearance. Based on this information, she designs tailor-made protocols, that may include diet recommendations, supplements, herbs, exercise and lifestyle changes
